051 Bath Vanity 21 x 60: with six drawers and a single sink
Bath Vanity 21 x 60
There are six equal drawers running in columns of three on each side. There is sufficient space in the middle section for a single sink.
The drawers are configured to run on full suspension drawer slides so there is ½” of space on each side of the drawer box.
The doors and drawers have a 3/8” overlay so the self-closing hinges will work well with a minimum amount of hinge visible.
The end panels, bottom shelf and the internal vertical dividers are ¾” veneer core ply to match your face frame and door and drawer frames. I would recommend a hardwood for all visible solid wood components. Support fillers and the underside of the base can be constructed out of a secondary material such as poplar. The majority of the carcass, doors and drawers are constructed with mortise and tenon joinery. Pocket-hole joinery could be used in areas where they won’t be visible, for example the rear of the face frame. If you use pocket hole joinery you will have to deduct the length of the tenons from the material list.
Vanity tops are a personal choice so I have left that up to you
