This plan for this entrance mirror originated from a picture I saw in a woodworking magazine. I really liked the look of the dentil molding around the top and the simple lines of the frame. I added the shaker pegs to the bottom portion of the frame because I was hanging this in my entrance way and I thought why not make it dual purposed. If you have ever worked with shaker pegs you know they will come loose over time, especially when you have heavy winter coats on them. I solved that issue by drilling and installing screws into the pegs from the rear. Also Included with this plan is a simple jig to help you construct the dentil molding. As with any plan the material you use is a personal choice to match you decor.
